I'm an inspiring Swiss entrepreneur with a global network. I share my powerful energy, connect with the audience and inspire so that the audience takes immediate action. I share the latest trends, best practices, tips and tricks about Linkedin and social media marketing.
I only used Facebook but rarely shared anything—but then I began using Linkedin, added connections from people I knew in person and began sharing my social media stories both online and offline.
On March 2015, I participated at the Social Media Marketing World in San Diego and connected with the industry leaders and my peers in person. I loved it so much and came back a few months later to learn all about Linkedin Marketing and bring it to my hometown of Switzerland.
I then began speaking at startup events and was then invited to be a guest speaker at the University of St. Gallen, University of Zurich, University of Lucerne and University of Northern Switzerland.
I also spoke to more than 200 employees at organizations, Human Resources and Headhunters about Linkedin Marketing and how to attract talent while helping CEOs, teams, organizations, mid-size SMEs and NGOs position themselves as leaders on Linkedin and gain clients online. To name some, Swisscom (Schweiz) AG, Hilti (Schweiz) AG, Holcim Ltd., Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
My goal is to inspire people that underestimate Linkedin to take action with their career, business and their lives.
I'm also focused on building bridges between Switzerland and the United States. It’s my purpose to expand my insight globally by sharing my experiences on stage.
I'm a native of Zurich, Switzerland, and I founded Social Media Leaders GmbH. It's my passion to inspire and educate individuals, teams, organizations and universities to shine globally as leaders since 2015.
I’m also a speaker that shares inspirational talks, educational presentations and motivates audiences to act immediately on what they’ve learned.

In the context of two workshops within our Development Program “primius” as well as in the context of our Career Event, Erica Kessler conveyed in a competent and professional way how to build a convincing LinkedIn presence, how to expand the personal network and how to use LinkedIn in a targeted way. In this way, she laid a valuable foundation for our students to get off to an optimal start in the professional world.
