Data protection declaration according to Art. 13 and 14 of the EU-DSGVO:
As a consulting company with a focus on Social Media, Kessler Social Media, is committed to the protection of personal data. In the following, I would like to briefly explain how we use your data and protect it from unauthorized access.
This includes all data records which contain personal information on identity, i.e. information which can be used explicitly to find out your identity. This includes information such as your name, your address, your e-mail address and your telephone number. On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail and via a contact form. As a matter of principle, we only request the data that is necessary in individual cases for a service you have requested. Personal data of our users is only collected if you provide us with this information on your own initiative or if it is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our contents and services. The purpose of processing this data is therefore the execution of the contract, based on Art.6 para.1 lit.b DSGVO. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
I can ensure you that the data will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our website is also not carried out.
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. This is 10 years for entrepreneurs. The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract. As a responsible company, we also refrain from automatic decision making or profiling.
You can request information at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us and for what purpose. This includes:
- the categories of personal data which are processed;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been or will be disclosed, if relevant;
the planned duration of the storage of the personal data concerning you or, if it is not possible to give specific details, criteria for determining the duration of storage;
- the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;
- any available information on the origin of the data if the personal data are not collected from the data subject.
Your right to object:
If you object to the processing of personal data, they will no longer be processed unless there are demonstrably compelling reasons for processing that are worthy of protection and which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If the personal data concerning you are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing.
You have the right to revoke your data protection consent at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. If you have provided us with personal data, you can prohibit us from further use at any time and request that it be deleted. Simply contact us by e-mail.
Server log files:
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. These are:
Browser type and version
Operating system in use
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
This data is not combined with other data sources to create personal user profiles. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
By using cookies, Kessler Social Media can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the setting of cookies. By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized for the user.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the browser used. Use of Google Analytics:
Use of LinkedIn:
We use components of the LinkedIn network on our website. LinkedIn is a service of the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access our website that has such a component, that component causes the browser you are using to download a representation of the LinkedIn component. This process informs LinkedIn on which specific page of our website is being visited. If you click the LinkedIn "Recommend-Button" while you are logged in to your LinkedIn account, you can link the contents of our pages on your LinkedIn profile. This enables LinkedIn to associate the visit of our pages with your LinkedIn account.
